At Coolpak we ensure stringent quality control and have the following policies and procedures in place:

• A pest control programme to prevent and minimise the contamination of product, packaging, equipment, work area and the storage environment.
• Glass and Hard Plastic policy to ensure that the risk of foreign matter contamination from glass and hard plastics is controlled and that all necessary steps are taken to protect product and customers from harm
• Cleaning and sanitising programme
• Inventory control and traceability through our Warehouse Management System
• A non-confirming and product recall policy to ensure clear identification and isolation from distribution.
